Our longer appointment times allow us to focus on thoughtful, comprehensive care rather than rushing through visits.

If you are struggling with weight or want to work towards a healthier body, Dr. Martin will work with you to develop and follow a plan focused on lifestyle changes to meet your goals. Our weight management program, including quarterly 3D body composition scans, are included with your membership. If you are a good candidate for weight loss medications, we will work with your insurance or compounding pharmacies to get you the option that works best for you!

Lifestyle medicine goes beyond just focusing on a healthy weight. Working on the six pillars of health can help prevent and treat many chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety, often with less medication and more sustainable results.

Functional medicine takes a broader look at factors that may contribute to symptoms and chronic disease. Depending on your individual situation, this may include nutrition, metabolic health, hormones, gastrointestinal health, sleep, stress, medications, or nutritional deficiencies.

When appropriate, we integrate evidence-informed functional medicine approaches with conventional medical care to better understand your overall health and develop an individualized treatment plan.

We draw all of our blood work here in the office for your convenience. If you have insurance, the lab will bill them directly. If you do not have insurance, we have negotiated very affordable cash prices for you!
