Each program combines physician-led evaluation with targeted testing and a personalized plan. We begin with evidence-based medical evaluation and use advanced diagnostics selectively when they are likely to provide meaningful information or help guide your care.

  • Laredo Brain Fog and Fatigue

    Fatigue & Brain Fog

    For persistent fatigue, low energy, difficulty concentrating, or feeling like you're not recovering the way you should.

    We evaluate potential medical, metabolic, nutritional, hormonal, sleep, medication, and lifestyle contributors to your symptoms.

    This program will frequently segway into our HRT programs.

    Your program integrates metabolic testing, nutrition, exercise, body composition and fitness assessment, and medication management when appropriate.

    Precision & Longevity

    For people who feel well today but want a deeper understanding of their long-term cardiovascular, metabolic, fitness, and lifestyle risks.

    We combine your medical and family history with targeted biomarkers and objective health and fitness measurements to create a personalized prevention strategy.

    Duration: 12 months

    Medication Optimization

    For people taking multiple medications or supplements who want a comprehensive review of what they take and why.

    We'll review benefits, risks, interactions, monitoring needs, and opportunities to safely simplify treatment when appropriate. The goal isn't to eliminate medication—it's to make sure every medication you take still has a purpose.

    POTS & Orthostatic Intolerance

    For dizziness, rapid heart rate, palpitations, fatigue, exercise intolerance, or other symptoms that worsen with standing.

    Whether you have already been diagnosed or think you may have orthostatic issues, we combine targeted testing with evaluation of potential contributing factors to help implement an individualized treatment strategy to decrease flares.

    Custom Program

    For individuals with multiple or overlapping health concerns that may not fit within a single focused program.

    Your evaluation may span more than one area of health, allowing us to address related concerns within a coordinated plan rather than limiting your care to one program category. The scope, duration, and program fee are determined after your Initial Consultation based on what is appropriate for your needs.

Start with an Initial Consultation

Every Functional & Precision Medicine program begins with a 45-minute physician consultation.

During your consultation, we'll review your concerns, identify the areas that deserve the greatest attention, and determine the most appropriate next step. If one of our focused programs is a good fit, we'll recommend the program and discuss what your evaluation may include.

45-minute Initial Consultation · $250

If you choose to enroll in a Functional & Precision Medicine program following your consultation, your $250 consultation fee will be credited toward the program fee.

Our Functional & Precision Medicine programs are focused, time-limited services designed to address specific health concerns and goals.
They do not replace an ongoing relationship with a primary care physician.

Optional Post-Program Follow-Up · $175

After completing your program, you may schedule 30-minute follow-ups within 12 months to review progress, relevant testing, medication response, or adjustments to your existing plan.

New or unrelated concerns may require a new Initial Consultation.

  • You don’t need to decide before scheduling. Every program begins with an Initial Consultation, where we’ll review your concerns, health history, previous evaluation, medications and supplements, and goals. From there, we’ll determine whether one of our focused programs is an appropriate fit and recommend the best next step.

  • Before your visit, you’ll complete an in-depth health questionnaire. During your 45-minute consultation, we’ll review your primary concerns, identify the areas that deserve the greatest attention, and discuss the most appropriate next step. The consultation is $250, and if you enroll in one of our programs, that fee is applied toward the total program cost.

  • No. The Initial Consultation is designed to determine whether one of our programs is appropriate for you. There is no obligation to enroll afterward. However, treatment suggestions are not offered during this consultation.

  • Unless specifically stated, laboratory testing, specialty testing, imaging, medications, and outside specialist services are separate from the program fee. Testing is individualized based on your history, symptoms, and clinical needs. Some labs may be covered by insurance or HSA/FSA.

  • No. We begin with evidence-based medical evaluation and conventional testing when appropriate. Advanced testing is used selectively when the results are likely to provide meaningful information or help guide your care.

  • No. These are focused, time-limited programs designed to address specific health concerns or goals and do not replace comprehensive primary care. We encourage you to maintain an ongoing relationship with your primary care physician. With your permission, we can share relevant findings and recommendations to support continuity of care after your program.
